What technology do I need to use the ISE protocol?
Three technical conditions are required: 1) internet access, 2) a mobile phone (Android or iPhone), and 3) good-fidelity wired headphones (not wireless), meeting these minimum specifications: 20-20,000 Hz, sensitivity >98 dB/mW. Is ISE Salud a form of alternative medicine?
It is not considered a medical protocol, nor an alternative one: it does not medicate or prescribe, and it is not categorized as alternative because it does not replace other interventions. On the contrary, it is complementary and, if you are under medical treatment, it can optimize the therapeutic function.
Can ISE Salud's service be combined with other medical therapies, or do I have to give them up?
ISE Salud's protocols are integrative and functional. They have no contraindications with medicinal or pharmacological interventions or other indications when you are under the care of a responsible professional, so it should be considered an efficient complement, and we recommend informing your doctor or therapist of your decision.

The ISE SALUD system and services do not issue medical diagnoses; they offer an interpretation of vocal frequencies indicative of emotional states and immune responses. They do not provide diagnoses and do not identify diseases. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and although it does not collect diagnostic or disease data, the system may generate information about the immune system — and therefore data relating to the user's health (sensitive personal data) — including the creation of a health profile of the User-Client. That information is protected by secrecy and confidentiality, with all the legal protections provided for in the special data protection legislation of the USA, Argentina, Brazil and Europe, among other jurisdictions, as well as in any local regulation governing data protection in a given territory.
