4How we protect your information
The internet is not a secure medium; accordingly, we have implemented a range of security procedures, as set out in this policy. Access to client account information is restricted to those administrative staff and healthcare professionals who require it to perform their duties. We use full login and password controls on our system.

6Collection and use of information
Personal identification data: ISE Salud collects information that identifies the user solely and exclusively in order to personalize the services purchased, process transactions, follow up on correspondence and improve its web applications and platforms. Vocal frequency data: the signals captured through the VAEEG system (voice recordings or brain waves) are processed by algorithms to map emotional responses. Under the general distribution policies of the ISE App, there is data collected by the voice-capture device (mobile phone) that is handled technically but is not directly associated with the user's public identity. ISE Salud does not sell or rent health data to third parties; it will be shared only with the professionals delivering the service under strict confidentiality agreements, or where legally required.
7Security measures, confidentiality and safeguards
To protect the integrity of the personal information provided against unauthorized access, ISE Salud implements: Secured networks: personally identifiable information is kept behind protected networks with restricted access. SSL encryption: sensitive or billing data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Malware scanning: its platforms and web servers undergo periodic analysis and scanning to detect possible vulnerabilities. Reasonable technical and organizational measures will be applied to protect the data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Authorized staff and suppliers will access only the information they need to perform their duties and will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
8Disclosure and transfer of data
Support during the ISE Salud program: the data processed by the VAEEG analysis system is accessible only to the professional assigned to guide the user throughout their personalized process. Service providers: payments and monetary transactions are delegated to external providers (gateways), so that complete credit information is not stored on ISE Salud's main servers.
9Your rights
The user has the right at any time to: access their data; rectify incorrect information; cancel or erase their health data from our database; and object to the processing of their data for specific purposes.
